“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“Everything was great! The house was so spacious! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Everything we needed was provided plus more! She even had extra items in case we forgot anything! We were also greeted with a handwritten note, snacks, and waters! The hot was AMAZING and secluded. The host checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We were close to downtown Dalonega. 5 stars! We definitely recommend!”
