âThe toilet paper was like sandpaper and Iâm a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldnât flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didnât bag any for the guests.â

âAbsolutely incredible stay. The chalet was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views. Ski in ski out access made everything easy and the hottub was perfect after a #FullSend day on the hill. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.â
