“We arrived and we were given keys for a double bedroom. We went back to the concierge and were told that the King sized bedroom that we RESERVED was given to other people, and that this was the only room left. “The room was dirty. There were insects everywhere. The bed sheets and towels had hair on them so clearly they weren’t washed. The sink didn’t have cold water. The door didn’t close so it needed to be deadbolted to lock. Didn’t feel safe, don’t recommend.”
