“We got a HUGE room with 2 queen size beds! Everything was fine other than the service at the concierge where some of the staff was busy talking privately instead of taking notice of the guests. The room wasn't properly cleaned since there was a used bottle from the previous guests. You would expect a clean room and better service for that price.”

Minor offsets are the small, dark kitchen, the limited closet space, and the four flights of stairs that can seem increasingly daunting after days spent sightseeing.
