“The place itself was comfortable and cozy. Warm enough, and the temp controls worked well when needed. Keurig coffee maker and so-so shower ( I like more pressure from the showerhead, but that's me ) Enough dishes and supplies although sugar for the coffee would have been appreciated. The problem is the LOCATION. As others have said, there IS ONLY street parking, 1st come 1st served. SO that means you can park free from 8pm to 8am, IF you can fin a spot. “Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”
