âRoom seemed clean but the carpet was questionable-we didnât take our shoes off. The hotel exterior is quite run down but there has been some effort to refresh the room and bathroom. In-room coffee but sour creamers in the fridge. This motel is just ok but is over priced.â

âCheck in instructions were a bit unclear. Room was good but there was a constant knocking sound coming from the bathroom fan all night. I also couldnât connect to the wifi.â

âWe booked for 2 nights and left after one night. We were very disappointed. As we arrived, the tiny house was freezing. They had the air conditioning blasting. We couldn't get the TV working. We sent an email to find out if we were missing a step or what was the deal to connect. We never got a reply.We were hoping to have breakfast in the tiny house, however there was no toaster. There is room for one but for some reason; they don't provide one. The only dishes provided are: 3 knifes, 3...

âWonderful house with very nice outdoor space - winter porch, outdoor patio with a small gas grill (we did not use it though) and best spot for sunset with chairs, down at the shoreline. Fully equipped kitchen was a great amenity - if you stay outside of the season you might need it as very few restaurants are opened. Great location to explore Cape Breton Highlands! Excellent communication with the hosts! Would recommend and stay there again!â
