" Review of Hotel Villa Cesi – 1/5 We stayed at Hotel Villa Cesi for 7 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful reception staff. Beyond that, everything else was below acceptable standards. We had to change rooms 3–4 times due to various issues. One room had a broken door lock, requiring us to use a physical key because the card reader was out of order. None of the refrigerators in any of the rooms worked. The air conditioning in our first room was non-functional. Several rooms had broken mosquito nets, and one night was particularly unbearable due to a swarm of mosquitoes. Housekeeping was inconsistent and far from standard. We had to request water and coffee daily, even though these were supposed to be replenished automatically. On our first day, we found used napkins in what was supposed to be a freshly cleaned room. Breakfast was a nightmare. The vegetables and chopped fruit were clearly old, and flies were all over the cold cuts. The only things we dared to eat were the boiled eggs and a cup of coffee, as everything else looked spoiled. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. "
