3 BR / 2 BTH unit steps to the beach and close to Loyola

Amazing lake views from 2 outdoor spaces! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a front balcony with plenty of seating looking out to the lake and also a rear deck with additional seating and lake views as well. The unit was recently renovated and has updated kitchen, bath and lots of entertaining space. The unit features in unit laundry as well as well. The space is approx. 50ft from the beach and is walkable to the Loyola train stop, as well as a variety of bars and restaurants along Sheridan. Also, there is a Starbucks on the block right across Sheridan. We supply extra linens, bath and cooking essentials and laundry detergent. We also have lots of games and books in the living room and during the warmer months, we have kayaks and paddle boards available to rent. So much to love in this amazing space! Exterior security cameras are present at the property. The camera locations are (2) in the front of the building, (2) on the west side and (2) in the backyard area of the property. There are no interior cameras in the unit.

Amazing time!

We had the best time in Chicago and Diane’s place was perfect for us! We went to the beach every day because of how close it was. Diane was great to communicate with and we will be staying again next year!

Chicago summer getaway

This is the place to stay while visiting Chicago in the summer. It's a short walk from the L station red line and steps from the beach. The host provided towels and beach chairs, which made packing for our trip easy. The beach was clean and has lifeguards, it was never overly packed, even on a 95 Saturday. The apartment was immaculately clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning on the front porch too. The air conditioning was effective, so no one was hot. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful & L Accessible Stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend, and this was a perfect stay. Literal steps to the beach and lake, which you can see from the porch, was a real treat! Super accessible walk to the L made it easy to get around. Our host Diane was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were great and everything was convenient and comfortable. We’d love to visit here again and can’t recommend enough!

Perfect location

We were visiting our kids who go to college in the area. It was such a great location and place to meet up. The garage was a nice plus - we just parked for the weekend and rode the el to get around. The apartment is well appointed and cozy.

Perfect location, friendly neighborhood

The place was exactly as described, clean, modern and easy to find. Off site parking is a little difficult as it is in an alley way and only fits small to mid size vehicle. You're backing skills will be tested and you have to embrace your inner Austin Powers. The biggest issue we had was the upstairs apartment because they were very loud the first night, but that wasn't something the hosts could control.

Fall Break

I know there are already a number of positive reviews about this place, but I'm adding one more. I grew up in Chicago but have moved out of state for the last 20ish years. This is the type of place I would LIVE in. I loved it. Here is a rundown of all the things I loved: *THE LAKE - I took a walk on the lake every morning *The outdoor space on the front and back of the unit is covered and usable *The couch in the living room is so comfy *The beds were very comfy *Everything is updated - kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer *The "little" things - shampoo, soap, pancake syrup, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, detergent, TWO PLY toilet paper! *Communication with Diane was clear and quick It was a great stay. After long and tiring days out and about I felt like I was coming home.

Great Location to Loyola University and Lake Michigan Beach

Fantastic rental close to Loyola and beach of Lake Michigan. Property was clean and was well equipped with anything you may need. Great patio in front and back and spacious living room to gather and hang out. Property owner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend.

This house was everything I could have imagined and more! Just steps to the lake and a beautiful path. And a couple of blocks to coffee, sushi and all manner of food. The Whole Foods is walking distance. the house is beautiful, well appointed, and warm. I'll be back!!

Girls weekend!!

This place was great! Less than a 5 minute walk from the Loyola stop on the red line. It was super close to the water! The neighborhood is quiet at night. The place was super cozy and clean and the host was extremely kind and responsive! Everything was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or a place to stay! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Spring Getaway

Very Comfortable, Convenient and Great Location

This was a great location that allow access to everything local on Chicago's north side as well as quick and easy access to downtown. The host is pet friendly and the property has a garage space. Best of all, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighbors in the building are very friendly and Diane (host) is tremendously organized and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my return trips to Chicago.

Perfect Getaway in Rogers Park

I live in the neighborhood but a bunch of friends were coming to visit so we needed additional space for all of them. This was absolutely perfect! The check in process was easy, the host always responded to my questions so quickly. My friends loved being able to see the lake from the balcony. We had everything we needed - it was clean, comfortable and I highly recommend it!

Home away from home.

This three-bedroom two two-bath home was recently renovated. The location was perfect - just a few blocks from the red line and a few steps from the beach. You can watch the lake from the front porch. Everything was perfect.

Pink Concert

In town for the Pink Concert at Wrigley Field. Short walk to Red Line "L" that dropped us off right at Wrigley. Condo is 60 steps from a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. Was able to utilize garage space which was way better than finding on street parking. Wonderful stay and Diane was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use this again.

A Great Location!

We spent a week here and a great time. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a lot to offer. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is great - my daughters loved that. A short walk in the other direction and you find all kinds of restaurants, a Target, and the Red Line - which will get you straight to downtown Chicago. It was fun learning how to navigate public transit and the L is always a fun way to get around. Also, the unit is spacious. For us, this was a 5 star stay and hope to come back again - as a Cubs fan this would be a great stay as the L will take you to Addison, steps away from Wrigley. That said, there are a couple things to keep in mind. The parking is a challenge on the street, especially when the beach is busy. We used the garage that is available, and it was great. It is pretty narrow to pull in and out of, but with a little patience was a great option. The building is older, so no central air but they have plenty of ac units in the space to keep it comfortable (and I am always hot). You can hear the people in the unit above walking, it can be quite loud if they're walking with purpose. And you can hear if they're playing music or talking loud. But, it was never an issue as we never heard a peep through the night and were not disturbed. For someone real picky those might be reasons to think twice, but for us we were not inconvenienced. We loved our stay here and do intend to come back the next time we come for a Cubs game!

2 Night Stay

This property was as listed and met our expectations perfectly. The location is near the beach and had many restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice and seemed safe also with lots of people walking, running, walking pets, families going to the beach, etc. The host was exceptional with communication and responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again in the future.
