“We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! “We had a very nice week at this cottage. It’s a quieter part of the river, boat-wise, so good SUP’ing and kayaking. Good fishing spots too. The cottage is on the smaller side, but it sleeps six comfortably, and otherwise we spent all our time outside, so we did not mind the smaller living area. We brought a pop-up shelter to create more shade near the water, as it’s on the sunny side. “GREAT STAY. Dan and Lisa thought of everything. Stayed for a week during a heat wave at end of June. Cottage stayed nice and cool, river was very refreshing. Family room and bedroom downstairs perfect for teens to have their own space. Highly recommended.”
