Located in Chiclana de la Frontera, the holiday home Chalet Novo Sancti Petri Surf offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available. You have a private outdoor area with a garden, balcony and barbecue.



The house is situated close to the beach. There is a parking space available on the premises. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00 (late departures only with authorisation and extra charge). Maximum capacity is 8 registered guests. Parties and noise are not allowed from 23:00 to 9:00. Pets only with prior authorisation and cleaning fee. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use the air conditioning responsibly (switch off when leaving). The deposit may be used to cover damages, violations or late check-out.
