Rules: check-in from 16:00 to 18:00, check-out by 10:00. Maximum 8 guests. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 9:00. Pets allowed with approval and extra charge. Responsible use required. Domestic electrical system; do not use high-consumption devices at the same time. Improper use may incur charges. Lost keys: replacement or lock change costs are the guest’s responsibility.



Booking implies acceptance of the terms. No refunds for voluntary early departures. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.
