It consists of 18 different apartments in 5 buildings, so it has all the amenities of home, some of them communal, including living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. “Very comfortable stay. Bunk beds were all full-sized mattresses in the room I stayed in, which was a bonus I had never seen. The bathroom was clean. Lockers were available for use but I did not see any locks, just so you know - maybe bring your own padlock if you want to use one. The location was convenient for me. Staff were friendly and allowed me to check in later in the evening with no issues. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“I was upset that everything had a charge to it. Parking, Coffee, Water, checking for using other site, and I was told if I had the room cleaned daily, there is extra charge. I was there because of cancer treatment. This really upset me. I ended up with over $130.00 + Charges. ”
“We enjoyed our stay. The suit was spacious. We received a welcome text and a follow up text the next day. If we are ever back in the Houston Medical Center area, we will probably stay here again. Only negative thing was the one elevator working. We only stayed two nights. Waiting on the one elevator did not bother us. ”
“Decent stay! Fulfilled the purpose we were looking for - bed under a roof. They had tv, smoking rooms, breakfast (although minimal) but other than that; a reasonably priced hotel in, basically, an empty neighbourhood.

“You get what you pay for.
I’ve been at this location many times and overall it’s a good hotel. There was a big roach in the bathroom which I know can happen regardless of how clean it is but, I found a used deodorant on the nightstand and a stain (as if someone spilled their drink) on the side of the bed like if it wasn’t cleaned at all.
