“Clean Room! Quiet AC unit, trust me that matters and overall great room. Loved the location in relation to Medical center and even Herman Park. The Restaurant food was very good all from breakfast to dinner. A Wonderful stay and if needed again, we will stay here again. ”

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“I rated this hotel low because there is a thief amongst their cleaning staff. I checked in on 3/6 for the rodeo I placed my LV shades on the desk because we would be gone for the day and they weren't needed. 3/7 I didn't wear my shades because of overcast and just kept my prescription glasses on which had a transitional lens. I never took my shades out of the room. While packing my bags on 3/8 I noticed my shades were missing. I immediately searched the room as well as unpacked my luggage no...

“Friendly staff. Room was spacious and new and seemed to hVe been renovated. I was at the back 216 quite away from the freeway. Ask for it if you come. ”

“The hotel is very highly in need of upgrades and maintenance. We had to fix the shower head to not leak all over the place. The housekeeping team was horrible. The bathroom amenities were empty amd when we called to have them filled the house keeper was bothered. Also when we asked for all to be fille our door was left open!”

“I was told to come to the front desk 30 minute a prior to my appt at MD Anderson there wasn’t anyone there. I walked around hello anyone here for 20 minutes before a man appeared. I was late for my appt needless to say. Also noted three occasions three different roaches in room 214. Rooms were clean but obviously they have a big issue and I will NOT be staying again. ”
