“We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code. Lockbox was located on a dark side of the property and we were lucky to have flashlights with us.Upon finally accessing the property we found it unclean and we ended...

“Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.”

“We picked this place all on location to be close to family. Let me start by the host did communicate back with me to try and make things right. I will say he did try. Just upon checking in there were 3 guys in the place at 430 doing maintenance and a car in the driveway with a couple of people . When asked they said they run the errands for them.
