“Great staff, very clean, good breakfast, good amenities. Our only complaint was that they were very booked so we got an ada room. Not a problem, but the regular shower didn’t work, only the handheld shower. Still functional but not ideal. Overall a very nice stay though and convenient for our business trip.”

“Quiet and comfortable! And so close to Waco. We loved sitting on the front porch and hearing absolutely nothing! The donkeys are adorable, and so gentle taking their treats, I may have spoiled them. We will definately stay here again when we are in Waco to visit our kids.”

The over all feeling was very cozy as soon as you walked in!We stayed for our anniversary was a great get away from everything for a weekend! We even got a chance to go Country Spring Vineyard! Would highly recommend for a intimate cozy get away!!! ”

“The staff was quiet and straight to the point. Wasn’t overly that friendly. We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick. That being said they found us a room and didn’t count for 2 extra people. So we were lacking towels. The towels had yellow stains all over them. Our door had the top locking latch broken. So we...
