“The Halsey Haven is like home away from home. It’s stunning! The house was immaculate and very clean. The host was amazing and very accommodating. There are so many personal touches in the home. It’s like visiting a family member’s house. There is so much to do close by and also for day trips. We were able to visit Mount Rainier and the Cascades. My favorite was Diablo Lake, it is a must see!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!”

Needs work:We had some problems with the AC making loud noises and leaking pools of water onto the floor most nights, waking us up. The kitchen sink garbage disposal also clogged up our last night so we had to check out early the next day to grab breakfast on the go. “The Fern House was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of hiking options both close and further into ONP. The beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The hot tub was really nice after hiking. Very quiet and peaceful. It is a little tricky getting there. Google wants you to turn into a different road before you get to the mailboxes, ignore it, turn right at the mailboxes and continue following until you see the Fern House sign. Would definitely stay here again.”
