“My husband and I stayed here for a week with our small terrier; it truly felt like our little home in the woods. We fell asleep to the sound of the creek behind the cabin, and enjoyed waking up to the birds and wind in the trees. The property is phenomenal; it exceeded our expectations in every way! The cabin was equipped with enough cookware and dishes which made it easy for us to cook all of our meals. The community was very quiet. I would highly recommend this cabin.”

“Great setting and amenities. Just right for 2 people. Watch for oncoming traffic at blind hill spots on the long concrete driveway and make sure you're able to climb a small circular staircase to the loft. Say hi to the friendly cows in the neighborhood! It's a bit of a ride to Hendersonville but there are some good food trucks nearby. Wonderful place.”

“We went with friends and kids (age range 15 to 11) and had a great time. Kids loved the animals, views are awesome and the hiking trails were fun. Ridgeline trail is definitely steep and difficult but we made it! Close to Asheville so we were able to drive to Highlands brewery for the afternoon. Highly recommend!”

“The house was wonderful with lots of space for all of us. We went on walks each day and the area was so enjoyable to explore. The house was still decorated for the holidays which was such a nice surprise. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a peaceful stay at the cabin, even having two young children with us. The cabin's proximity to the grocery store in Lake Lure was convenient. The cabin is on a private road with some camping neighbors. I enjoyed spending time on the veranda, and the coffee provided was a lovely addition. Although we didn't use the hot tub. Firewood was provided and it was very thoughtful. The hosts were communicative and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.”
