“Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. Whole bathroom gets wet after a shower even with shower door is closed
Walk to parking lot is smelly
Staff is unprofessional in explaining details about parking. Had to pay out of pocket in the end due to unclear communication. They purposely hide info about parking validation after leaving the hotel. They didn't show me this info before I park. This is claerly diceiting the customer.
