The unobstructed view of Eel Creek and Little Oyster Bay will get your attention at sunrise and sunset! Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. WiFi available. George Foreman Outdoor Electric Grill. New laminate flooring installed downstairs. Community Boat Dock.. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Pet friendly home $75.00 (per pet) fee will be added to your reservation. Ring security camera at entrance door. NOTE: All vehicles included electric rented vehicles must be parked in a parking space or overflow parking no parking on grass or on waterside of property. Very nice house

Nice house! Good location, dog friendly! This house had a lot of small things that made vacation more comfortable. Like a fan in each bedroom. It also had items such as a juice press, coffee maker (not Keurig), items for making drinks. Would definitely stay again!

View on one side is great; convenient for a family with kids

We loved the view out the marsh side of the townhome--that side is absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs screened porch to look out over that expanse of salt marsh and water every morning and evening. The view out the opposite side of the cottage is a different story. We wanted to, and did, block it out as much as possible. The fact that the property adjoins the minigolf--which is literally just feet away across a narrow channel of water and reeds--was most definitely NOT a pleasant surprise. We were able to make it work by keeping the door and all the curtains and windows on that side of the house closed, to block out not only the sight of it but also the lights at night and the noise. (It's great that you can't hear that noise at all from the marsh side.) The location of this property would be ideal for a family with children--nearly all the amusements, plus many shops and restaurants, are within easy walking distance of the property. We are a retired couple and don't have kids at home anymore. Typically for vacations we choose places that are more "away" from the resort hubbub, so I feel certain that if we had been able to know the address of the property *before* booking it and thus could have looked it up on Google maps' satellite view, we would have chosen elsewhere after seeing how close the minigolf was. All that aside, we did enjoy our stay even so. Our main suggestion for improving the property itself is to repair the screen in the downstairs porch so that the porch with picnic table is actually usable. With all the mosquitoes from the nearby marsh on that side of the townhouse, the downstairs porch was not usable at all during our stay. When we checked in there was a very large hole in one end of the screen. It looked as if someone had begun but not completed a repair, by using a sheet of screen they simply nailed over the hole at the top, but the screen was not tacked to the wood framing all the way around and it was flapping loose in the breeze. The screen issue would be a simple fix for someone with a staple gun and 10 minutes of time, and it would make it possible to use the picnic table and downstairs porch. The drive to the Refuge and beach was so convenient! It really is an easy drive to everything on the island from this location. There are also some nice decorative touches in the place that make it feel welcoming, and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Great place to stay!

Nice condo centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars. Good for dogs as there are nice grassy areas to walk them and do their business.
