  • Molls Yard is a stunning apartment spread across two floors which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, with a family bathroom. The high ceilings and large windows create an expanse of light in the stylish open plan living space, where all the family can enjoy each other’s company, whether you are cooking or snuggling up watching a film; it really is the perfect social setting. The bedrooms are vibrantly decorated and spacious, with views over Chipping Norton’s skyline. Molls Yard is wonderfully located above a bakery, with pastries just a stone's throw away, why not enjoy them on the balcony and watch the active life of the town pass you by.

Ideal accommodation for a stay in the Cotswolds

Ideal accommodation for a stay in the Cotswolds - a very comfortable and well equipped flat. There is a very relaxed vibe to the whole flat - clearly a lot of care and effort has gone into the furnishings and decor and it works brilliantly! The flat is right in the centre of Stow close to many restaurants and bars and the bakery/coffee shop downstairs is excellent

What a wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend Molls yard! A very cozy and tidy place with a parking lot which was great. Everything we needed, we had and enjoyed our holiday very much. We will come back again :-)

Excellent - highly recommend!

This was our fourth stay at Moll’s Yard and as always it was excellent. The location and the apartment are perfect. The parking space is very useful. The owner is exceptional responsive and the property is well maintained. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Molls Yard is a stylish and comfortable apartment well placed for all amenities and for exploring the Cotswolds. The main living/dining/kitchen space is ideally suited for casual holiday living providing comfortable seating and all mod cons whilst looking great. The owners have really retained the character of this listed building whilst updating it for modern lifestyles. The location in the centre of Chipping Norton makes it really convenient for local shops and amenities with excellent food and drink options just minutes away. Despite being on the main street we did not find any problem with traffic noise. We liked Chipping Norton as a place to stay as it did not suffer with the traffic and visitor pressure that we saw in some of the Cotswold tourist hotspots. There are also lots of places to visit nearby - beautiful Cotswold towns and villages, country houses, gardens and other attractions.

Great accomodation right in the heart of town

This was a great place to stay. Right on the Main Street with short walks to plenty of food options. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Comfy beds! Great kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils if you like to stay in and cook your own meals. Very handy parking space at the back of the property. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful flat close to everything

The flat was beautiful and very spacious. I had a problem locating the parking permit but the host responded straight away and solved the issue! The travel cot was set up and they even provided a sleep bag for my baby! Would definitely visit again! xx

Great stay at Molls Yard. Spacious and tastefully decorated in a prime location. The only pitfall was having one key for the door, having another key would’ve been advantageous for us.

Great break in Chippy!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Molls Yard. Fully equipped apartment tastefully decorated in a great location in Chipping Norton. Centrally placed for visiting some of the best places to visit in the Cotswolds whilst surrounded by good restaurants and amenities.

A Chipping stay

Having visited the area before, we had stayed at a couple of other towns, finding the property and walking in the door was brilliant, plenty of room very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped and perfectly located for shopping and eating, also ideally located to visit the surrounding areas. We would certainly recommend also visit again.

Lovely Stay in the Coltswald

Our family had a lovely stay at Molls Yard. It is a great location to explore the Coltswald when renting a car. There are a few local pubs in the area we really enjoyed. The flat was well-equipped and very comfortable.

November getaway

The property was well located in the centre of Chipping Norton. It was clean, had everything required for a home from home stay. The manager for Molls Yard was helpful and responded quickly when I needed her for something minor. I’d recommend this property for a stay in the Cotswolds, although wouldn’t for people with young kids because there are lots of stairs.

Just Book It!

This property was perfect for us. I was working remotely and the little office nook came in handy. The parking space made day trips a breeze. Customer service was excellent… we were here for 2 weeks and would not hesitate to return!

We had a wonderful time at Molls Yard

I visited this April with my partner and 15 month old. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Great location for exploring the Cotswolds - lots of activities a short drive away.

Good house

Check in and check out was very easy. The house has three floors. It was clean and easy to use. I would just upgrade the beds and pillows. BYW they are not king size. But the house was nice, clean. We had a great time.

Excellent!

This was our second stay at Molls Yard and our favourite place to stay in the Cotswolds! We are long term visitors and really enjoy the location of the apartment for getting out to the other villages. The apartment is very clean, functional, well equipped and comfortable. Chipping Norton great for all amenities. The owners are very good to communicate with and clearly aim to provide a wonderful holiday let. We will be back!

Really lovely stay at Molls Yard

The house was in a great location and easy to find. The directions for the parking space and finding the property were really useful. Situated above a bakery was an added bonus! We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed the surrounding area including using the park & ride to get into Oxford, visiting Blenheim and Bourton on the water. Chipping Norton is great and we ate at a couple of the local restaurants which were very nice. Molls Yard had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The decor is beautiful, it was very clean and we used the games! Anything we needed was easy to find and certainly didn’t feel anything was missing. I would very much recommend this property. Just for awareness though there is noise from the road out the front and we did find it a bit cold on the first evening. On the Sunday the heating really kicked in which was appreciated as the weather was a bit up & down during our stay. Other than that it was fabulous!

A great break

A really lovely unit. Fantastic location. The only difficulty we had was finding the parking initially. A diagram would be helpful as it is not straight forward finding it. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay at Molls Yard

We spent 4 nights in Molls Yard. This was a lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and very easy to live in. We came down from Scotland to celebrate our son's 50th birthday (he lives in Oxford). They visited the cottage and were all very impressed. Would certainly recommend it.
