“We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. “Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. “Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing!...
