“Good location great hotel”

“Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10”

“Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite.”

“The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!”

“Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

“아이랑 같이 너무 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 주변시설도 다니니가 편해서 좋았습니다”

“I stayed here while on at conference at the ICC. I had a two room apartment with a small kitchen. Breakfast was basic. I loved that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It's also nice that the hotel is in a quiet agricultural area. Now that it's 5-7 minutes drive to the ICC, so you'll need an Uber or a car.”

“기대이상이었어요.”

“Our host went out of his way to assist and make the stay comfortable”

“I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“All perfect”

“Huge facility, beautiful garden and surrandings. Long distance to walk to restaurant, convinience store, swimming pool if you end up in a room at the end of the hotel.”

“Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...

“It was very pleasant to stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Our best hotel stay on the Jeju trip.”

“훌륭합니다. 자가 또는 렌트 차량이 없을 경우 대중교통을 이용해야 하는데 ICC에 용무가 있어 이곳에 숙박했는데 대중교통편 시간이 적당하지 않을 경우 걷기에는 좀 불편합니다. 특히 여름철에는 너무 더워요.~~”
