“Again, I am sorry about not seeing the check-out instructions before we left. We were up at 5am and so busy getting ready to leave due to air flight departure times, we missed them. We definitely would have followed them specifically if we had seen them. Maybe if you include them with the check-in instructions, they would be seen for sure?
