"Friendly staff, large shower with hot water, ok internet."

"Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and big. The only thing that can be improved is the room itself. The sofa and Carpet had stains on it, there was no hot water in the shower."

"Shuttle was great and easy to access from the airport, the room was nice and tidy and very big. Recommend it for a layover night "

"There was no running water in the entire hotel. We were told there was a water outage in the entire neighborhood. You would expect that a hotel such as Holiday Inn would have a reserve tank especially since water outages are not a novelty in Johannesburg. We were told the hotel was providing complementary drinking water in our rooms and would also provide water for baths. In a family room for 4, there were two 330ml water bottles. Reception wasnt picking up calls from rooms. Overall, not what I expected from the hotel. I hope this was a one off and that they would normally handle all of this better. "
