“Firstly, the location of the hotel is perfect! In very quiet suburb, but very close to the internationl airport, the mall/shopping complex and other convenient facilities. "Big comfortable hotel with friendly staff and big room with a comfortable bed. Great airport shuttle. Next airport so surroundings of no interest."

"There was no running water in the entire hotel. We were told there was a water outage in the entire neighborhood. You would expect that a hotel such as Holiday Inn would have a reserve tank especially since water outages are not a novelty in Johannesburg. We were told the hotel was providing complementary drinking water in our rooms and would also provide water for baths. In a family room for 4, there were two 330ml water bottles. Reception wasnt picking up calls from rooms. Overall, not what I expected from the hotel. I hope this was a one off and that they would normally handle all of this better. "
