“Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. ”

“Litet pensionat med nyrenoverat badrum och skön säng. The och kaffe fanns på rummet. Nära till centrum och tågstation. Trevligt och mysigt. Enda nackdel att det inte fanns något extra uppehållsrum.”

“This is my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was spotless. I really liked having a fridge in the room with fresh milk and water. The room was quiet and comfortable. I like the self-service breakfast. This suited me as I wanted to be up and out. There was a good choice of cereals, bread for toast, yoghurts and fruit. A lovely B & B :) ”

“Pub and accommodation was lovely. Really classy yet quirky. Great staff, spacious rooms and stunning dinner. But (randomly) I would go back purely to have their bacon breakfast roll again - hands down the best ever! And mine was gluten free. Simple things but epic! ”

“Such a warm welcome upon our arrival, and such a lovely, homely place to stay! Don't think we've ever stayed in another B&B like it! We really felt like nothing was too much trouble for Alice and Andrew. They even - without our knowing - took the trouble of trying to source egg-free croissants at their local supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice place. The interior was fresh and cozy with many details. In the garden you could sit and have a drink if you didn’t want to sit in the salon Excellent breakfast. Situated in a nice area in the city, 10 minutes walk to the seafront and another 10 minutes to the pier. We appreciated the free parking inside the yard. The girls working there were nice and helpful. It was a hot day and there were no air conditioning, but the fan was quite ok.”
