Our home is warm, traditional, quiet, private and spacious. A 1908 villa, it's close to the city, an easy drive to the beach and access to other areas of Christchurch.

Set on the front of the property, and separate to our home. Ample on street parking available. Can leave car by arrangement if travelling.



We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.



We value our home and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the apartment clean and tidy.

No smoking inside.

Be aware of cooking smells and open windows.

Please do your dishes or put in the dishwasher.
