CHRIST RIVERSIDE FLAT - Fishing available

Vår lägenhet ligger i utmärkt läge vid Christchurch bredden av floden Stour. Det är fristående och söderläge i ett lugnt läge ca 12 minuter
 promenad från Christchurch centrum och 6 miles från Bournemouth centrum. Lägenheten är rökfri. Det rymmer upp till 4 personer men vi tar inte husdjur eller barn under 8 år eller barn. Fiske tillgänglig under säsong. GRATIS WiFi finns i lägenheten.
FLAT DETALJER
            Lägenheten är en modern första våningen förlängning till ägarna egna hem. Det är
   helt fristående och väl inredda hela och underhållas till en
    hög standard av ägarna som ser till att den är noggrant rengjord mellan
     varje låt. Det finns ett sovrum med två 3ft enkelsängar, ett nytt badrum
     monterad 2005 med dusch över badet och en lounge / diner som inkluderar
    ett fullt utrustat kök. Loungen har en 10ft uteplats dörr öppnas på
    en stor balkong lämpad för att sola eller äta på fina dagar, en uteplats och
    2 solstolar med kuddar tillhandahålls. I loungen finns också en
     bekväm vik ned 4ft 6 i dubbelsäng (inte en sätta upp dig) och därmed den platta
   kommer att rymma 4 personer i komfort. Lägenheten är i utmärkt dekorativ ordning
     och dubbelglasad hela. En ny HD-plattskärms-TV finns. Alla sängar
    består av sängkläder och täcken före ankomst. Alla sängkläder och handdukar
    tillhandahålls gratis. Handdukar tillhandahålls inte.
BEKVÄMLIGHETER
            Närmaste strand vid Southbourne ligger bara några minuter bort med bil. Stränder vid Boscombe Bournemouth och Mudeford nås också inom 10-15 minuters bilresa. Det finns pittoreska flodpromenader längs båda flodens flodar och fritidsbåtsresor går regelbundet till Mudeford-stranden. Det finns även självdrivna motorbåtar och roddbåtar att hyra. Att vara ett semesterområde finns det många restauranger, golfbanor och sportanläggningar i närheten, inklusive Christchurch Leisure Centre, Littledown och Bournemouth International Center. Den gamla prioryen
 staden Christchurch, med sin saksiska torg shoppingområde har en mängd olika
  restauranger, pubar, historiska byggnader och museer alla inom gångavstånd.
ANORDNINGAR
           Parkering. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser på den stora grusdriften.
Butiker. Närmaste närbutik ligger i Stour road ca.
         400 meter bort (5 minuters promenad). Tuckton Village har en mängd butiker
         och ligger ca 10 minuters promenad bort.
Buss. Täta bussförbindelser går till både Bournemouth och Christchurch
        från busshållplatserna som ligger inom 100 meter från fastigheten.
Järnväg. Stationen ligger ca 1 mil bort. Det finns en taxi service tillgänglig
       där.
Fiske. Observera ... Även om gästerna är välkomna att fiska från slutet av
   Trädgården, ibland används båda förtöjningarna av ägaren och gästerna kommer
     måste fiska runt sina båtar.

Location, location, location!

Fabulous stay in a very clean and comfortable apartment fronting the river. You just cant beat those views. Host was delightful and a font of local information, nothing was too much trouble. Easy parking and great access to Christchurch town centre. Would love to stay there again.

Lovely location and property. Stunning view.

A good holiday. Nice location. Clean flat. Could do with some updating. Pull down wall bed old but clean. Would benefit from hard floors. Cream carpet conscious of stains etc. Seating furniture out of date. Tour from owner when you first arrive stressful. Told put masks. Detailing how not to break things. Curtain pole. Gas fire. Shower. Bathroom cabinet. Patio door lock. Found it patronising.

Great location

We were so lucky to get a cancellation for this property. You couldn't wish for a better location. The flat is situated right on the river with a view to die for. It has a large balcony where you can sit or lounge on the sun loungers. The flat was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will return if we get the chance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Pat and Graham gave us a friendly, informative welcome and the flat was fitted out to a good standard with everything we could need. Shops and eating out (to various standards) are all within easy walking distance and the view from the flat was just superb!

Just Perfect

A lovely property, very comfortable accommodation, in an ideal situation. Very convenient to everything, Ferries, on bus route etc. Nice to be able to park your car up and leave it for the duration of your holiday, the view from the balcony is an ever changing scene on the busy river...the hosts are friendly and helpful and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Booked for next year..so that says it all really...

A relaxed,happy holiday.

A flat in a superb location overlooking the River Stour with a short walk into the centre of Christchurch and a longer most enjoyable walk to Hengisbury Head. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly require and the owners were very helpful without invading our privacy.We hope to return next year.

Excellent position with very pleasing outlook.

Good to have bus routes so accessible, and enjoyed the riverside walks. We stayed in early March. Welcomed by helpful owner who gave us a comprehensive instruction of the workings of the property which is well appointed, warm and snug. Comfortable beds, settee is a bit tired - got a backache. Two armchairs much better. Felt the sealing round the door (connecting with garage??) at the foot of the stairs could be improved. On entering, having been out all day, could detect a 'workshop' type paint/cellulose smell. It was not evident upstairs.

Spacious, light, comfortable, awesome views, great location.

We enjoyed lots of cycling each day around Christchurch, Bournemouth area plenty of fabulous natural sites too see. After being outdoors most of the day in all sorts of weather, it was especially comfortable to relax make a wonderful meal, wine and hot bath. Will hope to come again in the near future.

Perfect property with ideal location.

Dream location

This property gave us everything we were looking for and more. Comfortable ,clean , well maintained property in an ideal location. Owners were very friendly and helpful explaining everything to us on arrival , and then leaving us to our own devices but assuring us they were on hand if needed. Views from the balcony were just beautiful so much to see without going out. So much to do within walking distance, or a bus stop at the top of the road we did not use the car much at all. This property certainly ticked all the boxes for us.

Spacious apartment ,on the bank of River Stour

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was spacious & well furnished with comfy chairs & more importantly comfy beds. Plenty of room for car parking. It would be difficult to get a property with a better view, it was a fantastic view over the river where there was always something going on , boats canoes, paddle boards etc The walk into town centre along the riverside was very pleasant

Excellent Location

We just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable weeks stay at Willow Way. Pat and Graham made us feel very welcome for which many thanks. The apartment was immaculate and the views across the River Stour to Tuckton stunning. We were fortunate with the weather and where able to sit out on the veranda just watching people, in the words of the song, 'just messing about on the river'. Good location with just a pleasant stroll along the river into Christchurch. Definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Lovely Apartment in a Great location

Had a fantastic week in Christchurch. The Apartment was perfect with everything we needed. Lovely Balcony with exceptional views. Easy ten minute walk into Christchurch where there plenty of places to eat. I Would definitely recommend this apartment and will be going back. Dave & Val.

A very enjoyable week

The property is in very good decorative order throughout, very clean and milk thoughtfully provided when we arrived. We were able to access much earlier than check-in which meant we had an extra days holiday so great communicators and lovely welcome. The balcony is lovely and a great asset for eating or lazing! All amenities very close by, we hardly used the car.
