Salisbury courtyard stay with fibre Wi-Fi in Christchurch

Make yourself at home on Salisbury Street, with a private fenced courtyard, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and unlimited fibre Wi-Fi. This one-bedroom townhouse offers a comfortable city base for up to three guests, with local cafes, the Avon River area and central Christchurch within reach. Public street parking is available nearby. The sofa bed requires advance arrangement and an additional fee.

Enjoy a private one-bedroom townhouse with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living space, smart TV and a fenced courtyard with artificial lawn. Linen and towels, air conditioning, heating and in-home laundry are provided.

A sofa bed is available by prior arrangement for an extra NZD 20. Please request it at least one day before your stay; the maximum occupancy remains three guests.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the townhouse and fenced courtyard, including the rear entrance. Street parking is public and subject to availability.

Location and transport
Salisbury Street offers a central base for Christchurch cafes, dining and the Avon River area. The townhouse sits on a one-way street.
Central city outings are convenient on foot. Free public street parking is available nearby, subject to space and posted restrictions.

Sofa-bed is available for extra $20, please let us know at least one day before your stay and put it back after using.

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
