Nova courtyard townhouse with a study nook in Christchurch

Bring work and relaxation together in a private two-level townhouse for two, with an upstairs study nook and a courtyard off the living area. Cook in the full kitchen, stream with your own account and enjoy fibre Wi-Fi. Stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. A washing machine is available; its combined drying function is unreliable.

The ground floor has the full kitchen, lounge and courtyard access. Upstairs are the bedroom, bathroom and a study corner outside the bedroom. A 49-inch TV, Nespresso machine and fibre Wi-Fi are provided. Please use your own streaming subscriptions. Do not rely on the washer-dryer combination to dry clothing. Optional sofa-bed setup is NZ$20 with at least one day’s notice; the maximum occupancy remains two.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are for your use. Stairs are required to reach the bedroom, bathroom and study area.

Location and transport
A townhouse base on Nova Place for exploring Christchurch while keeping a separate place to work indoors.
Public street parking is available on a first-come basis. Please check local signs and restrictions; a space is not guaranteed.

Important information
Linen, towels and consumables are supplied with limits. Extra linen and towel are available on request (fees apply). As washing linen and towels consumes lots of power and water, we recommend only use what you need to save the world. Sofa-bed is only available on request at least one day in advance($20).
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
