Stylish Townhouse in City Centre

Welcome to our modern and stylish one-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch Central. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city. Your own home away from home, it offers a comfortable space, with everything provided. Private and secure with a separate entrance, and a keypad for late/early/self check in. FREE WIFI and Netflix, and near the bus stop. Come stay with us and experience the best of Christchurch Central! The townhouse features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is modern and includes a fantastic shower. We provide wifi, basic toiletries, and all linens and towels. Parking is available on the street outside the townhouse. We provide a portacot and high chair if you're traveling with a little one. You'll love the location of our townhouse, which is just a short walk away from the city's best cafes, restaurants, and bars. We're also just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Canterbury Museum, and the Avon River. We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. Prior to your arrival Airbnb will automatically send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We would love it if you could leave a review of your stay. We value our home and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the apartment clean and tidy. No smoking inside. No parties. Be aware of cooking smells and open windows. Please do your dishes or put in the dishwasher. The dryer on the washing machine / dryer combination isn't working, but there is a drying line outside provided. Also leave wet towels in the bathroom. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect for us! We stayed for 4 nights while we were in-between moving house and it had everything we needed. It has a well equipped kitchen, washer / dryer and plenty of parking on the road. Alicia was always there if we had any questions and had excellent communication. Very responsive hostess. The apartment is light and bright, and very clean. There was milk in the fridge, coffee, tea, etc. even a coffee machine. Bathroom supplies, hair drier, ironing gear, all there to use.Central location, close to city centre, parks, etc. but less than 30 minutes from the airport.

Conference at Te Pae

Lovely stay at this well appointed townhouse. I was attending a conference at Te Pae, this was an easy 10 minute walk away. Was nice and warm even without the heating on, and had an electric blanket. Good communication, would recommend.
