Welcome to this inviting 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, property near the University of Canterbury, ideal for up to 4 guests. This charming property near the University of Canterbury comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Featuring spacious bedrooms, a comfortably living area, and a well-equipped kitchen, it’s designed to make you feel at home.

Heating/Cooling.
1 air-conditioning unit downstairs. This will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements. Located in the living area.
Each bedroom also has a fan.

Dining Area:
Bar stools at the Island bench make for casual dining and great conversations over home cooked or take out meals.

Spacious Living Room:
Relax on the large 3 seater sofa or the super comfy swivel chair and enjoy a 50-inch smart TV with streaming options.

Outdoor area:
Your own private, fully fenced patio area is great for soaking up the sun or letting the kids play outside safely.

Wifi:
Fast, reliable WiFi for work or entertainment.

Private Car Park:
Your own car park makes coming to and from the property easy.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a relaxing night in, this home offers everything needed for a memorable stay.

You have exclusive use of the whole house for your stay.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Access is via a unique electronic door code provided before check in.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Just as good as advertised

The property is small but that’s ok - the photos in the listing tell you that. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. The little outside area is cute and everything inside and out was easy to use.
