"Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size."

"Spent one night here since we wanted to visit Ghibli park. Even though the hotel is as close to the station as possible, just be aware that it still takes 10-15 minutes to get from the plattform to the hotel reception (since this is located soon floors up in a Hightower building). The hotel seemed extremely caused to business men/women but the quality, size and cleanliness was excellent (we stayed at a moderate double room). Overall a very good hotel, would definitely recommend!"
