“This was a return stay and like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed. Check-in and out is seamless. View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you.”

Fishing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon; meals on the large covered back porch—the perfect setting to have a relaxed and enjoyable time together with family and friends. Far enough away that you get to get away from it all and dive into nature, but close enough to be able to seek out the culture of Asheville and surrounding areas. The communication from the owners was great and informative and the house was comfy and well-appointed. We wanted to stay longer.”

“This was a great stay! It is exactly as described and like reviews say, amazing. The dome is in the back of the RV area so you get a nice view and plenty of space. They bring firewood and other amenities if you need. We flew kites are n the field, checked out the tree house, and it was only a 8 minute walk to the bath house and the beach/lake which was very nice! We had fun on the inflatables! They have a trail, golf on an island in the lake, fishing, rentals for water stuff, and golf carts. We...
