“This was our second visit to Idle Hour Farm. It was fun exploring the property. Used the fireplace on cool crisp mornings we are early risers. I was formerly raised in Tennessee. The log house reminded me of my grandparents log house of days gone by ruined by fire. Love pd sitting on the rockers on the front porch. We even saw a wild turkey doing a walk about. “Sally was a wonderful host. The cabin was so cozy and adorable. Having our coffee on the porch in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. I had never been to the area before so Sally made some nice suggestions. We stopped by Davey Crockett park which was a very interesting and very pretty stroll. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Limestone or Jonesborough area.”

“It was filled with rustic charm and modern amenity made to look rustic. They provided plenty of sheets, Quilts, towels, and bathrobes. Beds for 5 to sleep comfortably and a rollaway or couch for extra. Very relaxing, close enough to local shops and towns. We had a good time.”

“The cabin was overcome with ladybugs and wasp. Most of the ladybugs was dead and mostly upstairs on the bed. The wasp was still alive. I tried finding a nest but was unsuccessful. The cabin itself was a beautiful place and once we got all the bugs cleaned up, we enjoyed the stay.”
