“Took a hour to check in and it was already 8pm when I arrived. Room was not properly cleaned and had an odor. Elevators went out during stay, phone at hotel was out so could not contact them. Only positive thing was staff was excellent and friendly. Tried their best to work with what they could control. ”

“The pool was extremely dirty and heavily chlorinated; my family and I couldn't stay in the water for even 20 minutes because of the excessive chlorine. Aside from that, the hotel is very good, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and attentive.”

“It was fine for a short stay. Hotel was clean, but run down. My room door was warped and didn’t shut all the way, but it still locked. Bathroom and shower walls were chipped, everything was old and worn out. Did not see staff at front desk early in morning or late at night. Location was good though.”

“I didn't see any pets, but it could have been. There were different businesses near by. Just don't remember the type.”

“Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. ”

“Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying...
