“The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and upgraded since the last time I stayed. The room had a new white noise machine in the room as well which was a bonus in my opinion.”

“Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything.”

“Room was best up. Patches up holes in walls that were not painted. Some holes in walls not bored up. Door to room and bathroom did not fit well into door jam. Door to room had a crack that light shine in from hallway. Toilet did not flush away waste well. ”

“Hotel was changing carpet which was extremely noisy and disruptive. Pool was also not available for customers.”

“Family and I enjoyed our stay. However we were given a room that didn’t match the photos. They lure you in with false pics. And then tell you to cancel your Expedia and book through them for a better room. Felt a bit dishonest but I rolled with it. Next time I will confirm because there was no sofa bed in the room and the room pics on exp have one. ”

“Property was great, but my overall experience was over shadowed by the hotel not having a room for us soon arrival. I notified the hotel earlier in the day of our late arrival and they still gave the room away.”

“Hotellet låg bra med flera restauranger och mataffärer i närområdet. Jag bodde där innan jag skulle flytta in på Michigan State campus för min utbytestermin och trivdes bra. Under mina två dagar var de tvugna att starta om wi-fi då det slutade fungera. Servicen var jättebra. Trevlig personal! För priset är det verkligen värt att bo där!”

“Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast! Friendly and service oriented innkeeper!! I didn't use the in-room jacuzzi because I didn't have time, but it looked very inviting--and I will try it on my next visit.”
