“Breakfast was really good! I do feel as if paying for parking separately isn’t really common or handy. It should come with the pay for our stay, as well I wish the bathroom was cleaned a lot better but outside of that, the hotel was a pretty nice stay!”

“Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place.”

“Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay.”

“The property was good with one glaring exception. We checked in on Wednesday and was told that room cleaning only occurred every other day. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. On Sunday we returned, after being gone all day and there was a “Still Enjoying the Room” sign on our door. We didn’t place it there and in fact our room didn’t...

“Hotellet låg bra med flera restauranger och mataffärer i närområdet. Jag bodde där innan jag skulle flytta in på Michigan State campus för min utbytestermin och trivdes bra. Under mina två dagar var de tvugna att starta om wi-fi då det slutade fungera. Servicen var jättebra. Trevlig personal! För priset är det verkligen värt att bo där!”

“Hair in shower area. Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower.”

“Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”

“As soon as I got there I was greeted by Shalita a very nice woman and helped me with all my questions that I had when I arrived in my room it was very clean and felt like home”

“Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed.”

“Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room.”

“The staff here is amazing especially Johnathon DeFore =). So helpful, nice and considerate all done with an amazing smile. It was later on in the evening and we needed an item for our room and they went above and beyond to assist us. Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. Just little help like this goes so very far especially after being in the car for 10+ hours. Keep up the good work all- and thanks for keeping it personal despite being bought...
