“It was a wonderful room. Breakfast was late for us. We are awake at 6 am. Breakfast was at 9. We were out of the hotel by 8 am.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“This hotel is the perfect location when going to a Reds game. It was a beautiful walk across the bridge. We had king rooms with a city view and they were nice large rooms with an amazing view of Cincinnati. We loved it and with certainly be back.”

“During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. Unfortunately, the upgraded room’s air conditioning was not working at all. We reported the issue twice, but no maintenance technician responded, and we were later told no one was available after...

“I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool..”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
