âOverall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game youâre right next door. â
âGreat hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning
The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.â
âSecond time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as youâre close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. â
âI really liked how smooth the check in was. Very attentive staff and shout-out to the valet. Room was clean and spacious. There was a construction site next to the hotel which prevented me from having a nice city view from my room but it still was a great overall experience.â

âThis hotel worked very well for a stop over night on the road. It is very convenient to the highway, and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The immediate area is not very attractive, but there is a cute restaurant row about 4 blocks away with a number of good restaurants.â

âThe lady who checked us in couldâve been more friendly. I believe her name was Shantelle. No welcome, no smile, Actually seemed annoyed. But everything else was perfect. â
âI forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Donât understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. â
