The Space:
Its a two story four bedroom house on a half acre yard. All bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms. Half bath on the first floor with spacious kitchen with island. The basement is finished but is empty.

Guest Access:
Entire home except entrance to the garage. Please limit time spent in the front yard as a courtesy to the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
Small neighborhood with half acre lots with sidewalks across from a park. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Getting Around:
The house has four parking spaces. Neighborhood has sidewalks and you can walk to the park 100 feet away!
