“Excellent location and interesting design!”

“Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “Check-in was easy rooms were clean and fully stocked. Staff was helpful. Parking was abundant.”

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“Loved this property. I was there for the Cincinnati Fest that weekend and this hotel is by far the best. Nice area with the Aquarium and entertainment in walking distance. The ladies at the front desk weee amazing”

“LOVED THE HOTEL, NICE & CLEAN. One thing is that I would not suggest the parking garage right across the street as it's not convenient or easy to maneuver a big truck out of the space.”

“The hotel is old with small old elevators. It took almost 10 minutes before we could get to the lobby to checkout during checkout time. The toliet was leaking. My room faced the freeway which was noisy. The headboard to one of beds had a head oil stain from the last guest. Ice machines are on the odd floors starting with the 3rd floor. No help with luggage.”

“This place is very convenient for concerts or a ball game at Paycor or Great American ball park. However only 2 of the elevators works. My friend told me that they have been out of commission for the last 4yrs. That’s why they chose not to stay there anymore. It takes anywhere from20 to 30mins for and elevator. This is very inconvenient when you have luggage’s or else I would take the stairs. The paint is chipping off the walls and carpet is just filthy. The water in sinks and bathtub drains...
