“The hotel was clean however, for being a smoke free place I smelled the smoke as soon as I walked into my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the elevator ding to people walking in the hallway. But good location and affordable.”

“Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”

“Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again.”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement.”

“The website said this property was renovated in 2023. I think 1973 would be more accurate. Very very outdated and very very dirty. We left due to mold in bathroom that was so bad my husband, who has asthma, couldn't breathe. The paint is peeling, the carpet was sticky, the furniture was stained and chipped, the AC units were falling off the walls, wallpaper growing mold. It was awful. We booked the suite expecting a comfortable experience. It was a nightmare. We left early,”

“The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up.
