“This was a nice hotel. It was renovated in the spring of 2025. It is not fancy but a clean and nice place to stay for a weekend visit. We needed to be there for a funeral. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store and Deer Park Mall, which is a fabulous open air mall”

“Overall a decent stay, but amenities fell short of expectations The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, which was a highlight of the stay. However, a few areas left much to be desired given the price point. The breakfast offering was noticeably limited — just breads, yogurt, and waffles, with no juice or beverages available. “Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”

“The hotel was clean however, for being a smoke free place I smelled the smoke as soon as I walked into my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the elevator ding to people walking in the hallway. But good location and affordable.”

“The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor.”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement.”

“Room needed an upgrade. All 3 lamp shades were damaged, toilet ran all night, tub dripped all the time. TV did not work and front desk worker said she did not know how to fix and we had to wait til 11pm for help. Asked for another room and she said she could not do that for us. Dresser handle broke and air conditioner frame broke. Front desk no where to help check out. Heard all other guests, walls very thin. I do have photos”

“Pool closed. Breakfast could be better, no juice. Bed linen had stains and a weird smell. Ok stay for two nights.”

“The room was clean. They did have free parking and breakfast included. They have 2 waffle makers and different bagels and bread to choose from. Juice, coffee and water. They did have a pool which is one of the reason why we picked the place but the heater was not working but my son were still able to enjoy it. Hopefully they do fix the heater because it was cold But other than that we enjoyed our stay”
