“The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them.”

“The decor was unique. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff was really friendly and helpful.”

“It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. “Clean room, very comfortable bed. Shower would not drain during use. The breakfast buffet consisting of lukewarm powdered eggs, cold potatoes and sausage and non-appetizing looking Danish was NOT worth $50usd per person! That should've been free! Also, pool is not heated.”
