“The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. “I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor ”

“Room cleaniness wasn’t the best.. found old socks left over, sheets were dirty. Microwave had someone’s Tupperware left in it. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was awesome!! Staff at check in was also awesome! Pool is small but it was good enough for my kids. There was hair all over the floor at the pool, nobody cleaned there daily. Stayed multiple nights and that same hair was all over the floor. Awesome, spacious rooms, too bad it’s so dirty. Won’t be staying again.”
