Villa Delle Ginestre is the ideal destination for those wishing to stay in a modern, elegant residence, close to all services, but immersed in the relaxing atmosphere of nature. This splendid property lies on the hills of Cingoli, in the province of Macerata, known as the balcony of Italy; thanks to its panoramic position over the Marche region, recognised by the Italian Touring Club Orange Flag for the excellent hospitality quality. The villa is characterised by furniture and accessories with modern lines and is equipped with all comforts; it fits perfectly into the hilly setting, among centuries-old oaks and splendid bushes of broom (giving the villa its name, Ginestra = Broom) that border its perimeter. Guests will be able to enjoy a picnic in the villa's belvedere, admiring the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, have fun on the volleyball court or share moments of conviviality under the splendid portico overlooking the pool, far from the hectic pace of the city. Located in the fascinating hills of Cingoli, Villa Delle Ginestre offers a modern and refined luxury retreat nestled in an evocative landscape. In the surroundings, guests can discover a world of attractions that will enrich their villa experience. The area is renowned for its wine cellars, which welcome visitors for tastings of the local wines and gastronomic delights of the Marche region. Furthermore, its strategic position allows cultural excursions to art cities such as Macerata with its famous Sferisterio, as well as to the renowned shrine of Loreto. For lovers of outdoor activities, the villa is located near scenic routes ideal for hiking, cycling or horseback riding, offering the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Interior:
The villa has three floors. Crossing the modern portico you reach the main entrance on the ground floor which opens onto the open-plan area with sitting and TV area on one side, and dining area and well-equipped kitchen on the other. The area is made bright by the large windows overlooking the park and pool. The floor is completed by a guest bathroom. On a slightly raised level (up 6 steps) is the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and walk-in closet, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a single bedroom (containing a crib) equipped with a connecting sliding door that allows sharing of the ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads up to the attic floor, consisting of two double bedrooms, both with additional single bed, served by two bathrooms with shower, a video game area and a walk-in closet. Down in the basement is a laundry room, a large games area, with ping-pong table, table football and billiards, and a fitness area with exercise bikes and dumbbells with weights.
Park:
The park, fenced with 180 cm high wire mesh, extends for about 6000 sq m over several levels. From the elegant wrought-iron entrance gate, the drive descends to the parking area, with space for 10 cars, located at the back of the villa. To the left of the entrance gate, at a slightly lower level, is a relaxation corner equipped with benches and a table in natural wood, surrounded by the coolness of centuries-old oak trees and in a panoramic position ideal for admiring the gentle landscape of the Marche hills. On the right side of the entrance gate (at a higher level than the villa), a natural path of about 400 m unfolds, excellent for strolling around the park. In the paved area in front of the swimming pool is a portico with outdoor dining area and a gazebo with sofas. Within the lush park, full of hedges, olive trees, pomegranates and beautiful blooms such as roses and broom, are a volleyball court and a slide for children.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The elegant pool area is located a few metres from the main entrance and is bordered by hedges. Measuring 10 x 5.5 m, with a constant depth of 1.40 m, the pool is lined with grey marble-effect PVC, purified with chlorine and accessed via a small 8 sq m beach entry and steps. The pool is equipped with automatic lighting, both internally and externally in the entire surrounding area. The stoneware-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo and an outdoor hot-water shower. The pool will remain open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
