“Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”

Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). “Wir hatten das Haus mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung standen sogar schon ein paar Lebensmittel bereit. Es gibt Spielsachen für den Garten, sogar ein Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool ist riesig und wird sehr gut von den Vermietern gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ganz wunderbare Menschen! The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills.
