The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, and iron), a bathroom with a bidet, shower, hair dryer, and an outdoor dining area. The apartment features shared outdoor spaces furnished with garden furniture: a patio with its own dining table, a barbecue area, a laundry area, a pool with a sun deck, a lawn, and a relaxation area, open 24 hours a day.
