“While it was a clean place. There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. ”

“The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.”

“We love staying here! Unfortunately on this visit, we did not have our room cleaned for the entire 3 night stay. They told us we “denied service” which was not true. In addition, our room had some issues with stains on the carpet and a bedside outlet that wasn’t working. ”

“The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. ”

“Stayed 3 nights. Very close to Downtown Dallas, just 10-15 minutes by car!!!”

“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”
