“1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide...

“Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely. On the morning of check out they placed both rooms on my card 2 hours prior to check out. They were not willing to correct. Several of the front desk people are not friendly or helpful.”

“The young man at check in (5/22/26 - I forgot his name) was kind, professional, and very helpful! Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained from what I could see, and I enjoyed my time there. I wish the coffee makers had Splenda as sweetener options, rather than the saccharin-based sweetener (pink packet). French toast breakfast was fantastic!”

“Pro’s and con’s with this hotel; key didn’t work when I got to room. The room was spacious and nice. Very nice bathroom. Truck depot st back was slightly disturning in early morning.. Side door did only work to go out, not to go in from parking lot. No supervised parking, but enough spaces. Good wifi. Fridge in room. The photos of lobby/restaurant make it seem lager than reality. Ashley in the restaurant is amazing! So much positive energy! The breakfast staff, quite the opposite.. not...

“The room was clean and smelled nice we stayed on the first floor near the gym and pool. There was still now chlorine smell or gym smell. The staff was super polite and helpful. They couldn’t be better. The WiFi function great. My only complaint is I paid for extra for a balcony and got the tiniest patio. I know it sounds stupid but they we they were advertised it made it seem like the were large and spacious but ours wasn’t.”

“We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.”
